It's very simple really. All you have to do it take the peel off and then pop them into a freezer bag. Try and remove as much air from the bag as possible, one tip is simply to use a drinking straw to suck out as much of the air as you can. You can also cut them into chucks before freezing them if you prefer. That way you don't have to cut them up when they are frozen. If you do a lot of home freezing, it's very much worthwhile to buy a vacuum sealer.

Recipe For Frozen Banana Smoothie
1 sliced frozen banana
1 cup of milk
1/4 tsp of vanilla
1 (1 g) packet of sugar substitute or 2 tsp sugar
1 pinch nutmeg
Put all of the above ingredients into a blender at a medium to high speed for as long as it takes for the mixture to go smooth. Thats it.
